We've had a whole lot of birthdays to celebrate within these last couple of months. First of all, Grandmommie had a birthday in July, so we all met at Carrabba's to celebrate our birthday girl.
Waiting patiently for the birthday girl to arrive!!
Their favorite birthday girl ever:
It's pretty much impossible to get all of them to smile at once:
Then, we headed over to Matt & Anna's for cake and ice cream, and to meet their new pet, Sprinkles:
The birthday girl wasn't a fan of Sprinkles:
But, she WAS a fan of her birthday song!! Happy birthday to Grandmommie!!!
A few weeks later, it was time for Matthew's 4th birthday at Chuck-E-Cheese!!
We even had a surprise guest!!! AUNT KRISTI!!!
She came to wish Matthew AND Paw-Paw a Happy Birthday (the day of Matthew's party was Paw's actual birthday).
Meeting the Mouse:
Make a wish!!
Catching tickets!!
Giving Paw some birthday love:
Nora shows her "birthday love" in unique ways:
Uncle Bug, Halle, and Rhett:
Grandmommie attempting a photobooth picture with all the grandkids. #fail
Trying to move Ella's fro out of the way:
#anotherfail #frofordays
Those teeth are a little creepier with her real teeth on top:
That night, we took Paw to the marina and out for a boat ride to celebrate his 58th!!!
We visited the boat/marina several times with Maw & Paw this summer:
We always had the BEST entertainment!!
Finally, last weekend, I finally hit the big 3-5....MID THIRTIES!!! Daddy took me downtown to celebrate my ancient-ness. Started off with appetizers and beverages at Jalapeno Charlies:
We stayed at the Westin. My new fav!!
Lea did my hair and makeup, and even though I was old, I felt like a youngin' all night long!!! #barselfie
Heading up the glass elevator to the SunDial!
Daddy's not a fan of the glass elevator.....
It was my very first time there!! I LOVE how the restaurant spins so you can see every nook and cranny of Atlanta!!
The new dome!
After dinner, we spent most of the evening at the sky-bar watching the sunset. Absolutely beautiful.
Nighttime city-selfies:
View from our room:
We liked the view of the Sky-View so much that we walked down there to ride it. We'd never ridden it at night before. SO MUCH FUN!!
Before heading home, we stopped by Wally World to get our week's supply of groceries. Daddy shopped like this. I can't take him anywhere.
When we got back to get the girls, they surprised me with banana bread and sweet, sweet notes on the driveway. I'm a blessed mommie.
And there you have it. We are all another year older, another year wiser, and more blessed with each passing birthday.
Cheers to birthday blasts!!
