I am simply astonished that we have been parents for a WHOLE DECADE!!! How are we all this OLD?!?! But I must say, we have been exceedingly blessed with our Nora these last 10 years!! What a wonderful journey it's been with our first-born baby!!
This year, Nora didn't really want a party. Instead, we took her BFF, Faryn Bella, to Fright Fest to celebrate the big 1-0!!!

That night, we had dance practice, then just came home to a night of cookie-cake and Georgia Tech football!

The following Saturday, we watched Nora and the Beulah chorus perform at the courthouse (blog to come later), and we had a little "family dinner" at Texas Roadhouse, her pick!! Yes, this is the creepiest panoramic photo ever....I told everyone to be still, but they don't listen!! :) :)
Nora has been asking for her own "new" bedroom for some time now, so we thought her 10th birthday would be the perfect time to grant her wish. It was so bittersweet to say goodbye to our sweet little ladybug room. It's been decorated in ladybugs since Ella was born:

And there she is. With every passing year, she gets more beautiful, more witty, more diligent, more magical. God is too good to me......He blessed me with you, my NoraBean. I love you beyond any kind of earthly measure.
