As you know from our last post, Ella just turned the big S-I-X!! We asked her what type of party she wanted to have this year, she responded, "I just want to go to Stone Mountain with my family." :) So, that's just what we did!! In fact, we decided to make an overnight-trip out of it so we could attend the Easter Sunrise Service on top of the mountain the following morning (stay tuned).
Of course, the first thing you have to do with little girls when you check into a hotel is hit the pool!! It was the first dip of the year!!

After drying off, we headed over to the lawn to play and set up for the lazer show!!

It's a good thing that the radio station Q100 had a tent set up right next to us so we could break it down a lil' bit.

While we waited for the sun to set, we decided to play a little putt-putt......THAT was an adventure. Those golf balls went everywhere except the holes!! Matthew enjoyed attacking the ball and running after it :)

The grandfolks!! Grandmama and Lea couldn't be there because they had to attend a wedding, but they were there in spirit!!
