As luck would have it, Douglasville School of Dance (Nora's and Ella's dance school) somehow teamed up with Grace Assisted Living Home to perform for their residents. Guess who lives at Grace?!?! PAPA!! The girls were so excited to go and dance for Papa and visit with him (I think he was a little thrilled, too!!) They were very anxious to give Papa some lovin' when we arrived:
After meeting and greeting with Papa and his friends for a bit, they had the dancers wait out on the porch until the big performance:
First, Ella's group performed. As you can see, Papa had a "front-row seat" and Ella was directly in front of him the whole time:
Ella did great!! Papa was very proud of her!
Next up was Nora's group. Papa also had "preferential" seating for her performance. :)
He was one proud Papa!!
Meanwhile, Clairy was into EVERYTHING (such as removing her shoes, and digging into random people's bags):
Good thing Grandmommie and Paw were there to distract our little stinker:
She helped decorate Papa's tree :)
It was a special time with a special man:
