Easter '17!!

We enjoyed our family time this year by celebrating our Risen Savior all weekend long!! We kicked things off on Good Friday by having a little dinner at the marina......
....followed by a boat ride over the island to have a massive egghunt!!
(Uncle Matt and his "booger hat") :)
Getting ready to hide the eggs....
These two were READY!!
So were these kids!! Never too old to hunt eggs!!
Bucket heads!!
And, they're off!!!
We found some real goose eggs!! Mama was nearby, and she was NOT happy with us!!
Family photo-op!!
They found the BIG ONES!!!

"Everyone smile" (Matt didn't get the memo):
"Now, everyone look hard" (Once again, Matt didn't get the memo)
Don't really know what anyone is going for in this pic, but there they are. The Nesbitt Men.
Boarding the boat with all the loot:
Matt & Anna
Sunsets & Sugar-highs
The next morning, we headed over the Grandmama's to dye eggs with the other side of the fam:
Nora had to sport her giraffe shirt because we watched "April the Giraffe" give birth that morning!
Good 'ol April!! She had us glued to the TV for 2 hours!! It was such a neat experience to watch!
Bretty-Boy arrived with Easter baskets for the girls. So sweet!!
Time to dye eggs!
We get a little too proud of our finished products!! #eggnerds #whereismurff #findgrandmama
A little trampoline action after all the egg-dyeing:
Lea showing the kids how it's done:
Precious Darla. 105 in doggie years. Just taking it all in. Hearing her "howl" is the funniest (yet the saddest) thing I've heard in 2017!
Badmitton!!
If your device permits you, please zoom in on Lea's face.
After all the family fun, we got up very early (TOO early) to see what the Easter Bunny brought us on the following morning:
Our floor - 4 minutes after the Bunny's arrival. :/
Our girls were so excited to worship at the West Georgia Coliseum!! Aren't the just lovely??
So many lives changed. Absolutely amazing service. We love our church.
We decided on a "Mexican Feaster" after the service at the Lazy Donkey!!
From us to you, we hope you had an amazing Easter filled with family, laughs, blessings, and our Risen Savior!!

Cheers to JESUS - he is alive, and that's all that REALLY matters!!
